The article's topic is a neologism coined by Juniper Networks to promote its products. Google News, Books and Scholar returned no usage of the term in independent and/or reliable sources. Google Web returned a whopping 59 English results (86 results including all languages) for "Network Instruction Set Processor" -wiki -wikipedia -site:juniper.net, all of which are press releases, republished Wikipedia content, and unreliable sources.
