DJ Chris Iceman
Christopher Dwight Newman (Born June 17, 1979) is a trance artist whom as interests in music production of Gothic Industrial, Trance, Dance, Techno, and Progressive Trance music. As a Trance music enthusiast; DJ Chris Iceman has produced several mixes of various music from 1999 to 2001 when he left the DJ'ing scene. DJ Chris Iceman has recently emerged back into the Trance music industry as of late 2010 with new hits to make a long-awaited appearance as a musician. DJ Chris Iceman has recently created his first original album "Chrome" released on April 7th, 2011 to start his artist debut.
Personal life
Christopher Dwight Newman was born in Hobart, Oklahoma on 17 June 1979. He found his first interests in music in 1997 when starting a small garage band called "Blackout" before moving on toward being a club DJ in late 1999 at local clubs such as "The Diamondback", and "Sidewinders" mostly doing DJ work with strip clubs, and dance clubs where DJ Chris Iceman has produced several mixes of various music from 1999 to 2001. DJ Chris Iceman had left the DJ scene in early 2001 in search of a career change, and spent 3 years in working law enforcement where he eventually took to the IT Industry in late 2005 where he started the pursuit of different career change. In 2009 DJ Chris Iceman went back to college to study Information Technology, and Computer Networking while working with various companies doing IT related jobs, and has recently moved to Irving, Texas as an IT Support Analyst at which time he went back to his roots of being a DJ, and his continuous interest in producing, and mixing trance music.
