Possibility of merging different usernames.

Hello. I have an username on Turkish Wikipedia, it is LuCkY and it has been changed from LuCkYGenTr by a Turkish bureaucrat last month. I want to use the username LuCkY on English Wikipedia but it is already using by someone else, so I can not use it. I see there is another username taken by someone else. It is Lucky and has no edits. Can I take this username and then is it possible to merge it to my home wiki (Lucky and LuCkY)? Uppercase or lowercase do not matter for me.
