- A 2D drawing tool under Windows. WinFIG started as an Xfig clone and saves figures in the Fig format, but supports various formats including PostScript and LaTeX. Like Xfig WinFIG is popular amongst users from the academic sector.
- Xara Xtreme
- A 2D vector graphics editor for the Windows platform, notable for its usability and fast renderer. Among vector editors, Xara Xtreme is considered to be fairly easy to learn, with similarities to CorelDRAW and Inkscape in terms of interface. It can open many popular file formats, and can export to many popular formats, including SVG.

- A 2D and 3D online vector drawing and painting tool. Primarily supports IE. Firefox supported for viewing using SVG in most platforms.
