Hello, I am part of a Wikipedia Public Policy Initiative at Syracuse University, and am interested in editing this article. I think you'll find a lot of what you're looking for here. Both Sub-Saharan Africa and the politics and effects of infrastructure are under-reported areas on Wikipedia, so welcome aboard!--Carwil (talk) 17:49, 8 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
