ArrayTrack is a free, publicly available bioinformatics tool primarily used for microarray data management, analysis, and interpretation. ArrayTrack was developed to support in-house filter array research for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2001 and was made public as an integrated research tool for microarrays in 2003. It is regularly updated by the National Center for Toxicological Research.

In 2005, ArrayTrack was integrated with GeneGo MetaCore [1].

ArrayTrack is run on the user's computer with a Java-based interface that connects to an Oracle database hosted by the FDA. It consists of a database that contains experimental data, a suite of analysis and visualization tools, and a collection of libraries hosting annotation data relevant to genomics.
