Java (Georgian: ჯავის რაიონი) is a district of Georgia, in the region of Shida Kartli. The entire district is located in the Republic of South Ossetia and has not been under control of Georgian government since 1992. Roki Tunnel, a strategic pass linking South Ossetia with Russia, is located in the district.

The town of Kvaisa is located in the western part of the district.
