The Giant Robot Project is a large, 6-legged robot being built by US inventor Jaimie Mantzel.[1] Manzel started building the robot in 2007, and completed its first 'test drive' in December 2010.

A smaller version of the robot 'Spider Tank' mechanism is currently being developed.
