The content seems to be wrong and not related to the subject. Can someone who knows the subject well correct it ? Poseidon123 15:32, 7 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[[ALSO: These paragraphs are absolutely incomprehensible to anyone except perhaps a computer engineer. And I am not even certain the description is correct to an engineer, either. This is a very important concept-- the basis of the entire Internet-- so please find an expert to rewrite it and add some graphics.
