ASP.Net Web Matrix is a free tool released by Microsoft for the rapid development of web-applications (also known as Weblications) running on servers which support ASP.Net

It seems surprising that Microsoft should choose to release such a powerful title free of charge, and surprising to see that their flagship WYSWYG web-editor, FrontPage doesn't yet support ASP.Net
