The Savonius in this picture is incorrect. The true Savonius has 2 curved sheets with a slit in between for the wind to pass. I believe the illustration was for the purpose of tidal applications, which may or may not differ from the wind application's design.71.83.242.116 (talk) 06:15, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
