The Institute for Practical Research and Training (IPRT) is a non-governmental organization based in Hargeisa, Somaliland/Somalia that specializes in (applied) research and training. Mission and Goals
IPRT "was established in 1998 to promote local initiatives in health, education, human rights and good governance in Somaliland. IPRT is based and registered in Somaliland as a nongovernmental, nonpolitical independent organization."[2]
