Why is there no mention of the web acclerator from SlipStream Data - a Canadian company selling its product worlwide to ISP's (2200) so far?

I have added a small piece of content about the need for end users to compare web accelerator products before purchasing/installing. I am hoping to continually develop some of the content in this article as and when the need arises (and I have the time).

I also removed the need for expert moderation markup. I am currently working for a UK based ISP/Web Accelerator and feel that i could be deemed an expert. If anyone disagrees I'll be happy to discuss the matter further.

Server side location should probably be splitted up into two sub categories,

  1. ISP - to speed up the isp:s customers downaloads

Duplicative

The subject matter of this article overlaps almost completely with that of the reverse proxy article, which predates it by a couple of months. It would probably be a good idea to move the table to reverse proxy and replace this page with a redirect. DES (talk) 13:32, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think the listing of software on the reverse proxy page should be removed, but both articles retained. Not all reverse proxies are web proxies, or accelerating proxies for that matter. Steventee (talk) 09:49, 17 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
