Electropherogram

An electropherogram is a plot of results from an analysis done by electrophoresis automatic sequencing.

Electropherograms may be used for deriving results from:

• genealogical DNA testinG
• paternity testing
• DNA sequencing
• Genetic fingerprinting

An electropherogram shows a sequence of data that is produced by an automated DNA sequencing machine.
