David Quinn (actor)
Business Bio
David Quinn is the co-founder of Allrecipes.com and a founding partner of Pinpoint Venture Group, which invests in startup companies in the Pacific Northwest. Quinn is co-founder of ZC Entertainment in Los Angeles, California, which creates celebrity-based charity events for major corporations.
Quinn is also on the Board of Trustees of the Seattle Repertory Theatre.
Actor Bio
Quinn is a former professional actor, starting his career at the age of four as a regular on Sesame Street. He is best known for his later multi-year stint as the host of 3-2-1 Contact. His work as the host of "I Have AIDS: A Teenager's Story" introduced him to Ryan White, the touchstone for the AIDS education movement in the late 1980s.
Quinn has been affiliated with Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Training Camp in New York since 1977, when he attended as a camper.[citation needed]
Currently, Quinn serves as an English and IB-Theory of Knowledge instructor at Edmonds Woodway High School in Edmonds, WA. He earned a B.S. and an M.A. in Education from the University of Washington.
