This is an old revision of this page, as edited by MateoP (talk | contribs) at 00:31, 14 February 2006 (Possible to replicate [hide]?). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

Currently, the implementation of 'Top' and 'Top of page' within the CompactTOC templates is non-functional when used in conjuction with browsers and/or skins that support floating quickbars. Example: Firefox 1.0.7 under MS XP with Classic skin and no customization. The current implementation takes you to the 'top' section name (delivered through "a hidden above the sitenotice", I am led to believe). This is the top of the page if the quickbar is fixed or not used, but the top of the screen if the quickbar is floating.

My proposed solution is to use {{NAMESPACE}}:{{PAGENAME}}. This comes into conflict with WP:AUM. Alternatives are invited. User:Noisy | Talk 00:51, 4 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is there any problem with linking to the container div #content? -- parasti 01:21, 16 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is there any way to transclude the TOC of an arbitrary page in another page?

Possible to replicate [hide]?

or not? --MateoP 00:31, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
