Open ModelSphere is a data, process and UML modeling tool written in Java and released under the open source GPL License.
History
Open ModelSphere was developed by Grandite as a proprietary software named SILVERRUN ModelSphere supporting business process and relational data modeling with a first basic release in 2002. Later on, more features were added including support for conceptual data modeling and UML diagramming. In September 2008, Grandite released ModelSphere's core application as an open source product based on the GNU Public License version 3. Its development environment is hosted on JavaForge.
