Members and titles

Anyone can be a member (see above). Any member may have a title. Preferred title should by in the form "Lord High Tea-boy (disambiguator)" or "Lady Hight Tea-girl (disambiguator)". Other titles will be allowed since we will be to busy getting things done to worry about them.
