Aidi also known as Chien de l'Atlas or Atlas Sheepdog is an old livestock guardian dog originating in Marocco. This big dog has been used as guardian of sheep in the mountain region since the Middle Ages. Lively and brave, he is an excellent companion and protector, capable of agression towards strangers. Very loyal, can make a good companion to a sensible owner.

Coat and color: Coat is medium length but very dense, protecting him from cold temperatures. Color is usually white or cream with or without markings.

Good for: protecting livestock, guardian of family as well as home

Weight: 23-30kg

Height: 52-62cm
