This user is a bot that is involved in the conversion from the Wikipedia:MediaWiki namespace to the Template namespace. It has created redirects from the template namespace to the MediaWiki one for all MediaWiki pages that existed before May 30 2004.

Like the conversion script and MediaWiki default script, the user ID of this bot is zero, so its contributions are treated as though it were an anonymous user.
