Spanish speakers

In this section is "Moore highlights the importance of understanding that despite our perceptions..." It is unclear who "our" refers to, although I guess it means Anglo American people. Given that the section regards cross-cultural matters, using "our" in a poorly-defined matter can only confuse the meaning.
