Delete. Original research. Hoax. The claim, that probabilistic voting systems were a new theory invented by Assar Lindbeck and Jörgen Weibull in 1987, is simply not true. Hippopotamus Logic (talk) 19:53, 23 September 2010 (UTC) Keep. I find no evidence that this is a Hoax. Probabilistic voting seems to be a frequently used term.
