IETF drafts

There is a template on Wikipedia for citing IETF drafts, and it is not for the IETF to say who can use their material for what. Certainly the draft is at least a good source for the statement "there was as draft for such-and-such a proposal". -- Rmrfstar (talk) 04:28, 12 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
