ucspi-tcp is a UNIX TCP command-line tool for building TCP clinet-server applications. It consists of the tcpserver and tcpclinet applications.

inetd, TCP server
xinetd, a replacement for inetd
mconnect client supplied as part of SunOS
faucet and hose, part of the netpipes package
netcat
