QuickTime Streaming Server (QTSS) is a server or service daemon built into Apple Computer's Mac OS X that delivers video and audio on request to users over a Computer network or the internet.

QuickTime Streaming Server is based on its open source equivalent Darwin Streaming Server.

When used in conjunction with QuickTime Broadcaster it is possible to deliver live Real time video or audio broadcasts to multiple users.
