[16:56] <PeruvianLlama> Heh - true. I'm not quite sure why it was blocked, to be honest. "User" usually refers to the blocked account being too similar to one that already exists, though.
[16:57] <PeruvianLlama> I'm going to leave it blocked for now - if Pattersonc wants to ask for it to be unblocked himself, he can do so.

[17:02] <PeruvianLlama> I've asked a few other admins what criteria there is for blocking accounts with unicode characters (if any exists), and specifically why the Chip account was blocked.
