Robbert-Kees Boer, born October 18, 1981 in Woubrugge, The Netherlands, is a record-holding speed skater.^[1] He is the cousin of Margot Boer.

Two time formal Dutch record holder in 1500m speed skating (2004 Madison, 2006 Bormio, Italy)
