Criticality matrix
Appearance
In operations research and engineering, a criticality matrix is a representation (often graphical) of failure modes along with their probabilities and severities.
Example
Failure mode | Severity | Probability |
---|---|---|
Collision | High | Low |
Engine failure | High | Low |
Ice buildup | Medium | High |
