A quantum phase transition is an abrupt change in the ground state of a manybody system as a function of some external parameter. Since this is ground state, the temperature is not an issue. A canonical quantum phase transition is the superconductor/insulator transition in disordered thin films or in Josephson junction arrays as the film thickness or Josephson coupling energy is varied
