Siswala

Siswala is a Village in the Hisar district of Haryana.[1] It is nineteen km west of Hisar near the Rajasthan border. The population of the village is approx 3400.[2]

The main occupation of most peoples is agriculture but now a days a lots of youth are progressing including a few engineers[citation needed]and a few people employed in Indovax Company which is 2km outside the village http://www.indovax.com/. The agricultural land in the village is irrigated by a canal or Rajbaha known as Balsamand Minor and by a few tube wells.

The village has a local administration called Panchayat. The head of Panchayat notably known as the Sarpanch is Satbir Singh Bhobiya, who was elected recently by democratic process.
