Some of the descriptions are unclear, e.g., does fixed mean that the length of an instruction is fixed, that the length of an opcode is fixed or that the instruction repertoire is fixed?

It is not clear which of the fields accept multiple values, or whath character to use to separate values. For instance, IBM's System/360 has register-to-register, register-to-storage and storage-to-storage instructions. Which, if either, of these is correct?
