ISO 24617-1:2009, Language resource management — Semantic annotation framework (SemAF) — Part 1: Time and events. ISO-TimeML is the International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC37 standard for time and event markup and annotation.[1]

Objectives of ISO-TimeML

ISO-TimeML was organized to standardize the way documents are annotated electronically.
