  • 萎凋-----Wilting---------------Withering;
  • 悶黃----- Yellowing------------Sweltering;

揉捻-------Shaping----------------Rolling;

  • 陳放 -----Curing----------------Aging ;
  • 青茶, literally: blue-green tea / "celadon tea"
  • 普洱-- Puer/h there is more use of Puer than Puerh, also the official name of the city is Pu'er usually leaves out the ('), Puer city.
