Continuous slowing down approximation range

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is an old revision of this page, as edited by MadeYourReadThis (talk | contribs) at 13:13, 29 April 2010 (moved CSDA range to Continuous slowing down approximation range). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

The CSDA range corresponds to the path length after which a particle of a given kinetic energy is stopped, assuming it losts its energy continuously. CSDA stands for "continuous slowing down approximation".
