Jon Spaihts is an American screenwriter. He is currently writing the script for the still untitled Alien prequel to be directed by Ridley Scott for a release in 2011 or 2012. Spaihts is also attached to tentative film projects like Scott's The Darkest Hour, Passengers produced by and starring Keanu Reeves,[1] a science fiction film titled Shadow 19, and other projects for Disney and Sony.[2]
