The International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Computing (ICPADS) has grown to be been an important conference devoted to the ever evolving fields of parallel and distributed computing since its establishment in 1992. This conference brings together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and governments around the world to advance the theories and technologies of parallel and distributed systems. It is organized and sponsored by IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Parallel Processing (TCPP) and Technical Committee on Distributed Processing (TCDP). ICPADS 2010 will be held in Shanghai, China in December 2010.
