Below is a shoutbox where smaller comments are posted for rapid comunications between online users. Comments here are erased within some time (perhaps a day or a week), this useful tool avoids the over-flooding in talk pages and makes ease of coordinations. You can always check if this user is online by writing "are you there?" or something like that. It's suposed to be in the talk page, so the user receive inmediate notification of a new message.
