Wikipedia:Expanded rollback access

If passed, this proposal would expand rollback access to all Wikipedians with user accounts.
Rollback is not an administrative control, but rather a tool of convenience. Most vandalism control on Wikipedia is managed by those who are not administrators, and most vandalism created by users with anonymous IPs. The logic behind the proposal is that the overall benefits of such an implementation far outweigh the costs.
