This algorithm was designed by S.S. Iyengar from Louisiana State University and Richard Brooks from University of Florida, Gainsville. The link to their websites,research works and the research paper is as follows

The article as it currently reads is also not presented to a general encyclopedia audience: the first sentence includes language incoherent to a non-specialist: " multi-dimensional fault tolerant algorithms", "distributed processing of sensor input intervals".
