Conjugate coding is a cryptographic tool, introduced by Stephen Wiesner in the sixties. Because its publication has been rejected, it was later developed to the world of public-key cryptography as Oblivious Transfer, first by Rabin and then by Even.

It is used in the field of Quantum Computing.
