1700 Pacific is an office tower in downtown Dallas. It is the seventh tallest building in the city, at 655 feet (200 m) and has fifty floors. It was the second tallest in the city when is was completed in 1983, trailing only Renaissance Tower. The architect for the Tower was WZMH Architects. The building site was formerly occupied by the 13-story National City Bank Building, several low-rise structures and a one block stretch of Live Oak Street.[citation needed] Berkeley First City L.P. owns the building while Jones Lang LaSalle leases the building.[1]

In 2008 Jones Lang LaSalle announced that a 25,000 square feet (2,300 m2) fitness center named "Elevation" would move into 1700 Pacific.[1]
