Pyotr Petrovich Shilovsky (Template:Lang-ru) (1871 – after 1924) was a Russian count, jurist, statesman, governor of Kostroma in 1910-1912 and of Olonets Governorate in 1912-1913, best known as inventor of gyrocar, which he demonstrated for the first time in London in 1914. After October Revolution Shilovsky emigrated to United Kingdom.
