I found a reference to NTAP in an NTSB accident report. About all I could find about it was cut and pasted from http://www.acc.af.mil/library/factsheets/factsheet.asp?id=3721. If you know any more, please help expand the article. Perhaps there is another article this should be merged into. Rsduhamel (talk) 00:34, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
