2009 Obama assassination plot in Hawaii

The 2009 Obama assassination plot in Hawaii was a plot to kill U.S. Marines and U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama. It was notable in that it was reported in several countries, not just the U.S. The alleged criminal acts were reported around the world including the United Kingdom, Australia, and India. This is not the first plot to kill the Obamas as there have been similar incidents in Denver and Tennessee.
