Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel is freeware for mounting an ISO image as a virtual drive, created by Microsoft.[1] One of Microsoft's unsupported "Power Toys" originally designed for Windows XP, but it also works with Windows Server 2003.[2] Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel is a free alternative to software such as Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%.[3]
