Reginald Hall Sayre (October 15, 1859 – May 29, 1929) was an American sport shooter who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics and in the 1912 Summer Olympics.

He was born in New York City and died in Manhattan.

In the 1908 he finished 21st in the individual pistol competition.

Four years later he was a member of the American team which finished fourth in the team 30 metre military pistol competition. In the 50 metre pistol event he finished 13th and in the 25 metre rapid fire pistol competition he finished 19th.
