It provides a reliable Data- transport mechanism. It is equivalent to TCP layer in IP Protocol Stack. It is Optimized for Low Bandwidth. Three Classes of Transaction Services. 

    *Class 0 - Provides One Way Messaging Without Confirmation Of Messages.
    *Class 1 - Provides One Way Reliable Messaging.
    *Class 2 - Provides Two Way Messaging (Request And Response).
