PC reservation system lets users book the next available PC or reserve computer time in advance. These systems are commonly used in Public Libraries to ensure equitable use of limited numbers of computers. Typically bookings are done over the Internet from home, office, school, or within the library itself using a web browser. PC reservation systems typically provide better public service with reduced staff involvement.
