Peter: Thanks for the note. I am not the person who posted the page initially. So my reading of the tag that was there was that I should take down the notice once the page was edited. Was that incorrect? I made significant edits and additions to the article, and sourced the key points; I also re-wrote it in the Wiki-style. Is there still an issue with it? Please let me know, or feel free to repost the tag as is appropriate. But, again, from my reading of it, I thought it was OK now. Thanks and best.

Whoops, you are correct. I suppose I could make the excuse that the original editor's name also starts with the letter B. I also misread the article as promoting one particular test. Perhaps I should go to bed and come back more alert. That said, the article needs more work, in my opinion, to look like other Wikipedia articles, with a summary paragraph ("X is..."), followed by some history (when did PCPs begin to use tests for mental health screening; what were the first tests), and perhaps something about how these tests have been received (is there any controversy about them, etc.) I suppose I should raise those issues on the article talk page instead of here. Anyway, I appreciate the gracious manner in which you responded to my unjustified note about removing the speedy-deletion template. Thanks, and happy editing. Mental health screening by primary care physicians

I can change the name of the article, but so can you. In Wikipedia, renaming is called moving. In the row of tabs above the article, a few tabs to the right of edit, is a tab called move. Click it, fill in the required information, and you're done. Since this is a new page, you don't really need to worry about changing pages that link to it. (If there are any, they will get redirected to the new title, anyway.) If you prefer not to make this change, let me know, and I will be happy to do it.
The advertising tag was placed there by another editor, not a bot. My guess is that he or she looked at the title and made the same mistake I did, especially since there had already been a speedy-delete tag on it.
