Section about how to get help

I think it would be good to have a section about what to expect and how to behave. Perhaps something like <http://workaround.org/getting-help-on-irc>. I far too often see people joining the channel, saying "hello, is anyone here?" and leaving frustrated after 3 minutes... -- Duesentrieb-formerly-Gearloose (?!) 11:49, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
